are the ps2 couplers the same as err coupler or Lionel?

No.
MTH PS-1 and Lionel, including ERR, are the same electrically.
PS-2 and PS-3 are identical but different from the above.

What coupler would work on the front of an Atlas F3? I have one but the coupler, or coupler mount is bent…

If it is TMCC based a Lionel type. Beware some Atlas had unique coupler that Lionel may not have. MTH tended to use a universal type just short or long. Lionel and other manufacture have much great # of couplers all with a unique difference. G
