I bought this item online but cannot remember what it does and have not info how it is wired. I have tried several attempts with the 9 volt battery leads to no avail. It has two LEDs - a green and a clear, a 9 volt power and a wired diode in the package, See photos attached. Please respond to me at: jamesmar77@verizon.net

would be best to post a picture that shows all the lettering on the board. the ...L1126 number looks like it could be the integrated circuit? does the IC have any lettering?
You could help by taking clear pictures of the top and bottom straight on. Many times, there are clues in the silk-screen legends on the board. They might also be a model number to search on.

I think Stan remembers every small board on eBay, he never fails to come up with the answer. I didn't initially recognize that board even though I have a couple of them!
