Not sure what all that gibberish is in your post, but the email is sent as soon as a reply is posted.
I have no idea what that is!
I'll clear it out.
I'll see if I get your response to the post.
Rich, I never received your response via email you posted to this topic.
It has been 7 hours.
There are a couple of places you can check. Check to make sure you are "Following This Topic" by looking for the indicator in the right column. Check your profile settings to make sure you are allowing e-mail from the forum. Check to verify which e-mail account you are sending the messages to.
Mine was working this morning so I am pretty sure once we tweak your settings that you will be able to get this to work.
One note though... You won't get an e-mail with your posts or followups.
If you check "Follow the Topic" you get it right away.
"Follow the topic" was checked when posting this topic, the green indicator with the check mark is glowing green on the right side of the page and also checked on the bottom of this "post reply" page "follow this topic:notify me about new replies to this post"
Checked my profile and email is correct.
The only other item might be what should be checked on the personal/ notifications page?
Maybe it is something I'm missing on that page.
If you are following a topic, an email is sent IMMEDIATELY upon the completion of a new post in that thread. Every time...without fail. It is a totally automated process.
If you are not getting it, check your junk mail box, spam filter, etc. because the message IS being sent to you.

Are you saying that it isn't his forum settings? It used to be that even if you were following a post, depending on your settings the message might not get sent. Has this changed?
Good point, Eric. Yes, there are settings within your profile that can affect this.
Mark, go into your profile by clicking on your display name under one of your posts. Over on the left, click on "Notifications" and check the list. Be sure you have the right things checked to do what you want to do.
Thanks Rich, I take it I must check the instant email box for "Followed Content"!
