Engine sound work but does not run.

I have recently picked up a Mth Chesapeake & Ohio M-1 Turbine. I replaced the battery with a new Mth rechargeable battery(green). I start up the engine all sound work but when I press the direction button on my z4000, I makes sounds like it's running but does not move. All horn,bells and other features work perfectly but it does not run. I reset the engine but that didn't seem to work. Please help.

Is it protosounds 1 or 2? id try doing a factory reset. If that doesn't work....could be something internal.
