You made me laugh when I saw your new tin plate set running on the floor

of your hotel room. Some things just make big kids out of us all. I have not 

seen or talked to you since we met at Jim MacIntosh's but I hope to see you

at your open house. If you go back to York and would not mind the company,

I would like to join you.That may be the prodding I need to finally go to York.

I'd like to thank you for making these episodes. When I began to show an interest in this hobby a few years back I was so excited and eager to acumulate all the knowledge my brain would hold about 0 gauge.

Your productions along with this forum were a great asset and really helped me grow and of course set the hook.

 

  I think you might have found a new love in the vintage tin plate.  I too have a soft spot for the vintage trains although I am yet to venture down that path.

  My Dad, WWII Vet (yes that's him in my profile pic beside a B17) was born in 1921 and is a spry 94 this year.

  He has a love for trains and had one as a young boy.

 

After seeing your episode #54 I think I might have to find an old tinplate set to give him for Christmas this year. 

 He loves my trains but I think an old set would spark memories that the modern trains can not.

Loved the video on the trains and all about York. I have always daydreamed about going there one year, and would definitely have to fly. Therefore, I really appreaciated your in-depth review of York, as well as your new purchases.

 

I would have a hard time leaving those purchases in the room unattended. Were you able to share with your family after driving up to see them. 

 

I am really looking forward to your next video. I think a video producer could be your second calling. They are really enjoyable!

The Gingerbread scent is the best in my opinion. I only use that now.

Yeah, as I left my hotel room the next day I couldn't help but wonder what the maids would think of the strong scent of root beer flavored train smoke left lingering in the air. 

Another excellent video!  I took your advice you offered in #53 I have purchased two MTH sets since watching that video.
