Eric,
Thanks for yet another informative and interesting video. They are consistently excellent, I always look forward to the next one.

Nice review, Eric. Couldn't agree more with regard to the whistle steam effect. I passed on several steam locomotives from Lionel in the past year because of the lack of this feature.
Great video as always. Looking forward to your full review (and when my cab forward arrives!)

Thanks Eric! Im looking forward to your review on the Cab Forward! I really like hearing the air pumps and whistle on these SP gentle giants! Thanks again for all the informative video's you have done in the past as well as the ones yet to come!
Nice video. Was that cab-forward lent to you or were you able to purchase it?
Thank you!
You make a strong point as usual, Eric. Lionel's making something we all want without having to spend too much money on completely new engine tooling. I myself am very happy with what Lionel has offered, and will be looking forward to my #765 when it ships this Thanksgiving.
Thanks for the heads up Eric.
Nice job, as usual, Eric! And thanks, too, for the Forum plug at the end.
I heard about the smoking whistle... a few years ago. Thought I'd check it out, in this thread. I'm not impressed at all! That's not a smoking whistle, it's a hole in the boiler.
If the whistle actually did smoke, that might be visually impressive.
The unpainted engine looks good, though.
