The train show in Erie, PA at Rainbow Gardens is this Sunday, November 5th. I will be there with my little prewar Lionel OO layout running. If you have any OO of any brand to sell(not the UK stuff), please bring it along if you attend this show. AD

I saw earlier that this show is on today. If I wasn’t going to the Greenberg show in Monroeville today, I would’ve considered going. I live just a smidgeon closer to Monroeville than Erie.
I live close to Slippery Rock. This is the first I have seen the name Iron Spike Productions. Do you know anything more than they put on this show?
They took over from the local promoter I assume. I went to the show twice a year from 2000 till 08 when we moved back to Indiana where I'm from. We are at my wife's mom's in Lake City right now. Looking forward to the show on Sunday
Thank you. Have a great time tomorrow!!
Excellent, Art!
First Erie Train Show (Rainbow Gardens) I've missed in years due to being in hospital. Missed seeing friends and of course, checking out da merchandise. Mark. It's not like the Greenberg Show but it's the only one in town, so I go. Former promotor was a trainman (Carl Amidon) from Albion who worked the Bessemer Lake Erie RR then onto another when times got slow. And to think I-79 and I-90 had no snow this past weekend for attendees to dodge. Now THAT'S a bit of luck !
Yep, nice weather in Erie right now. Where had Carl moved on to? I don't remember when he stopped being the show promoter.
Carl moved to Berea Ohio. He passed away 2019 60 years old
Oh, I expected it to be less than a Greenberg show. The Greenberg show isn’t nearly as big as it was, but that’s probably true with most shows. I’m glad the Erie show went well.
