I attempted to post some pictures (all pictures are .jpg). The largest size of any picture is 3.63 MB. Only one picture would post, the remainder all received an "error" message. I tried multiple times with the same result. The message "error" was not helpful as it gave me no information on what the problem was. All the pictures are in the same file and I have never had any issues in the past with posting pictures.

What did the error message say?
What does this mean, "...All the pictures are in the same file..."
Images must be posted as individual images. You can't post a folder with multiple images all at once. The images must be posted one at a time. Could this be the problem?
The message just said "error". I meant all of the pictures are in the same folder and of the same type. I did try to upload them one at a time and all I got was a message that said "error".
I just tried it again with the same result. When I got the "error" message, I highlighted it and it said "bad request". I have no idea what that means.
OK...I'll get Hoopla Tech Support involved In this.
Has there been an answer?
If you got a brown bar instead of a green bar and a message about the file size, I've gotten that too from time to time when trying to post individual pictures. If I keep trying it eventually seems to work with the exact same pictures. I use a tablet most of the time.

No file size message. Tried several times with same result. Do not remember color of bar.
When using the add attachments utility, open the folder to view the contents, select one photo in the folder, then CTRL + A to select all of them and then select open. They should all upload. This assumes that you are using a Windows computer.
