Define easy the semaphore is a tough one to repro correctly due to multiple screens needed and size. Takes 4 to 6 hours to do correctly

It depends on if you want to try and do an exact reproduction or if close enough, is good enough. By easy I mean, no special tools or materials are needed other than a straight edge and some good masking tape. Actually it would be quite easy if you had access to an original to copy.

If I had the piece the OP found I doubt I would even try to make a duplicate. Rather make the shelves longer and maybe install lighting in the semaphore and make it actually operate. Something a collector would never do to theirs.

Replicating exact is hard and its size makes it costly. Proper way would be to do original on large flat bed scanner and then print and apply to fiber board. I tend to be a perfectionist on reproducing the displays and work to get accuracy on the fonts, etc. All of these are reproduction I make
