I just received a ETS Train Set and was wondering if anyone has any comments, or opinions on these trains?
They seem to be solid and well constructed, but seem like they have a high price tag,(company price list), if you buy direct from the companty.
I have the train set still in the wooden crate it came with and haven't tested it yet, but am eager to do so.

There have been a number of postings on ETS if you search. A few of us have them and enjoy them. If you want to pick up older but new pieces, Don Thousand still has some inventory of small sets, loco's and cars for much less than newer production.

I have 2 small locomotive sets and I like both of them. Well made and are very nice runners. I don't think you will be disapointed.
ETS trains are great. I have both old and new stock, and two rail and three rail. They are super products, well made and detailed. Don Thousand is a first rate act and if you have the chance, do business with him.
