Hope someone can help with this problem.
I just got the new CAL-Train F40PH MTH 20-20255-1 engine from my dealer and it doesn't seem to run right.
Its like you are running the engine with the brakes ON.
It will not pull the 4 passenger cars that go with the engine, the engine just sits there and spins the wheels.
With a little push of my hand and turn up the wheel on the DCS remote to get it going, it starts to move, but doesn't go far before spinning the wheels again.
I have to set the speed to 50 or more smph, and only then it runs at about 20 smph, and then boogs down again.
Even running the engine alone has the same results.
Did a factory reset on the remote, but that did not work.
Anyone have any suggestions?
