Aren't they ALL fallen flags, besides Union Pacific?

Besides Union Pacific, please don't forget Kansas City Southern and for now, Florida East Coast Line.

Question: Is the New York, Susquehanna, and Western Railway a "Fallen Flag"? It was established in 1881 and went bankrupt in 1976. When the Bankruptcy Court declared the railroad be abandoned, the Delaware Otsego Corporation bought it in 1980 and kept the name. So technically the original Susie-Q's flag no longer exists, and the current Susie-Q is part of a company whose flag is made up of several short lines. So, is the NYS&W a Fallen Flag?
