Today I took a break and went through part of my file of old magazines and xeroxes of plans from magazines maybe
I didn't retain or can't find. I have pretty much built out the grain elevators, might do one more water mill, (and there is a tiny one, called a tub mill, that is or was located in the Smokies...this one looks smaller than the Falling
Spring Mill in SW Missouri). I think I have enough stations, but want at least two more cabooses, the FEC/GW one and the Colorado Midland one with reverse curve cupola roof (I have several freelance cabooses with that cupola). One magazine, maybe RMC, has an article on a small, the Passumpsic, Heisler, that was privately owned, and that prior to that powered tourist trains, and there are several other articles on small Heislers. There are the articles on steam coaches, assorted gas electrics, railbuses, etc. I will get off now to try to find some other magazines that were held out because of interesting, to me, construction articles (none of them ever tell you where to get an appropriate power train for the model)
