Fastrack switch auxilary power issue

I'm guessing this has been discussed before but I search several times and couldn't find it.

The switch works fine with track power. When I take off the jumper and put aux power to the Aux power and ground I get nothing. Not even the switch light or the light on the controller. I've taken the back off of the switch and looked for loose wires and have found none.

Any suggestions?
