A fish transport car? Used to ship from the fish hatchery to wherever they were stocking the fish.
This was in Spearfish, SD.

Anyone have details or know about others?

The Shed Aquarium in Chicago had a heavy weight passenger car used I believe to transport fish. They also used tank cars to bring Florida salt water to Chicago for their exhibit tanks.

On the PBS series Ultimate Restorations they had an episode on the "Badger #2, the last remaining fish car." Interesting series, seems kind of hit or miss when they show them, pledge week maybe. http://www.ultimaterestorations.com/badger-2/
