I noticed that the forum was down a few days ago to "upgrade" the server and drives.  However, since the "upgrade", it seems considerably slower.  A typical file upload that used to take at most a few seconds now takes upwards to a minute.  I just timed the upload of the 330kb PDF file to this post, and it took over 50 seconds!  https://ogrforum.com/...4#157265374262106614

It's a tiny file as uploads go, the upload should have happened in a flash,  and it used to in days gone by.  Is this a temporary issue or is something else afoot?

I am impressed John. your upload speed is faster than your download by quite a factor.

Well, with the fiber connection, the max speeds in either direction are identical, one gigabit.  The reality is sometimes I see 900 mbit, but usually more like the above display.  I know it's way faster than I need for anything I do, so that's all that counts.

From Crowdstack Tech Support:

...it's definitely not any kind of bandwidth/upload issue. The processing time is the time the server takes to identify and process the uploaded file (identifying file type, how to process/treat it, etc.).

As of right now, I'm not seeing any explanation for any difference in processing time. I will say that PDFs and videos will always take longer to process than images due to the type of processing that must be done (and often the size of the file). Short of that, I'm not sure I have any other insight to offer at the moment. Everything appears to be operating optimally and normally.

There ya go.
