Can't really find the best forum for this...the best answers come from the group here. Does USA trains use any tooling formerly from some other maker? Did all the Kalamazoo tooling end up with Hartland or did others get the coaches etc? The Hartland 4-4-0 is the Kalamazoo 4-4-0 correct?

The Hartland 4-4-0 is an improved version of the Kalamazoo 4-4-0 using Delton cabs and domes. The Hartland passenger cars and Mack switcher are also ex-Delton.
The Hartland flat car, gondola and work caboose are derived from Kalamazoo tooling.
USA Trains has the ex-Delton C-16 and freight cars.

Did Lionel keep their G rolling stock tooling? I have seen pics of the MI factory assembling G scale. But the locos were Delton I think.
