Yes, the GE is the lead unit.

Mine works fine. Did you try breaking the consist, doing a feature reset on the hybrid, then rebuilding the consist?

As I recall, the charging lights work off the marker lights soft key (LMK), not off the ditch lights.

Barry is right, the LMK key controls the charge lights. I've had this problem before. With the lashup started and idling, pull up the Evo's solo address, select the Evo and hit the LMK key to turn on the charging lights, then remember to hit INA and inactivate the Evo's solo address. Reselect the lashup address and go.

I totally forgot about LMK. Turned it on,problem solved. I am not familiar with the INA b

key. Is it specific to the EVO?

Second question, it seems I having trouble turning the trailing unit's smoke on. Finding this to be true with both PS2 &3 engines.

That's correct, however, not fr DCS 4.30, which is different:

• Instead of pressing INA, leave the EVO in the Active Engine List
• Pull up the lashup
• Press the FSV soft key to save the changed member engine (EVO) settings.
