If anyone remembers I had the Lionel legacy N&W 611 Pocahontas set and ended up selling it and went stagnant in the hobby because I didn't have a spot for a layout. Well it's Christmas time now and thought I needed a train for the tree. So I bought a Lionel Strasburg set since I got to ride on the real thing a few times this year and loved it. So with lots of thinking I have planned out a good spot for my layout, which will be 7'x9' or 10' plenty of room for a 072 loop on the outside. Also getting the chance this year to ride behind 611 and a cancellation of riding behind 765 due to Canadian pacific not allowing it. I went to Nicholas Smith train store yesterday and ordered the latest MTH 611 spirt of Roanoke and 8 MTH Norfolk southern passenger cars. I also couldn't leave without the new MTH NKP 765. So got my work cut out for me with finding time to build my layout. Here's a few pics of 765, I must say MTH seems to do a better job on there steam engines than Lionel IMO.
