For all of our forum friends in the great north east, today is a great day to work on the layout. I dont believe this ole Florida boy could handle that kind of cold. Yall hang in there and put another log on the fire. I have an aunt who defected to Boston, it's like -30 there. No doubt she is wishing she was back in the south.

Thanks and I agree. In a few minutes I'll be headed down the basement to continue dismantling the old layout so I can build a new one. At 1:00 I'll watch the hockey game with my son.
Can't wait for warmer weather.

I agree. I'm from northwest Ohio, and it's 10° here according to the WTOL 11 website.
Same here, Northeast Ohio. A few inches or so on the ground. Neighbors are out snow blowing.....me I am on my way to the attic to work and run trains.....................Paul
Looks like after today and tomorrow where heading into the low 60's for highs for rest of the month no complaints here and lows in the low to mid 40's yeah!! I'm ready for it. I don't have a layout or can start one as need to do a few things to this room first but after York that will be coming ( all extra funds right now are being saved for the trip to York/Lancaster area) From that area so wife and I enjoy ourselves when we go up there. ( just don't want to live there due to the weather lol. ) Hope you all up there stay warm and dry.
