Shout out to all dealers. What's the scoop with the Lionel Milk cars that were supposed to be delivered in July?

Specifically the two listed below? Rumor has it these were to be made in the country of Romania?

6-29982	Central Vermont Milk Car	Jul. 2016
6-29985	Boston & Maine Milk Car	Jul. 2016
