Good morning Paul,
I'm glad you were able to get a round of golf in yesterday. It was beautiful here in Staten Island also yesterday. We don't have any snow yet but it's very windy and it just started to rain here. So I guess it's coming this way.
Have fun today with your trains
Thanks, Alex
Paul you better start early with the trains in case of a power outage. In a way, it doesn't seem fair to us farther North. You get a significant snow and you probably will be able to golf in 5 to 7 days.

LOL they are calling for 50's again by the weekend.
Pretty pictures, but my wife wouldn't agree: Snow is why we moved from NY to VA.
Got my round in yesterday in Midlothian at Birkdale. I blame that Groundhog for this weather.
And looks like it will be good to play Belmont this weekend, even if a tad moist.
Snowfall has mostly abated in the Short Pump area -- very windy however. Power still holding out, so playing in the trainroom sounds like a wonderful idea.
Lucky you, Paul!
Here in Bawlmer, we got rain, rain, and some more rain!
Ended up being a dud of a storm in Falls Church but got have a great day off with my boy.
It was a waste here in Chantilly too. Calling for 6-12, I dont think we even got 4. Just wet sloppy mess. Having spent the day working from home, I guess i'll go fire up the trains now too.
Yep fizzled out here after about 7 inches or so, all rain now.
All we got down here in Portsmouth was a little wind and rain, no snow. I think the mountains have a lot to do with us not getting the severe weather you guys get up north.
I played golf Monday and Tuesday. Monday the wind was howling and cold, yesterday a bit better, no wind. Of course we had a cart cover and a heater (not exactly roughing it, we did turn the heater off yesterday) but being it was cart path only we did get in some exercise. Plus as many times as I got to hit the ball I got in more exercise than I would have liked. I think I had my mind on working on my Sun-Lounge passenger carbody I got from OK Engines.
