air tanks can be found at Keil-LIne, PSC, Red Caboose Geep parts trees and from Plastruct end cap, cylinder halfs and tube. Research the length and diameter and go hunting.

One reference I have seen stated the dimensions of the tanks as 12'0" long by 12" in diameter. If this is correct than this matches the size of the gp60 air tank offered as a separate part from Atlas. $1.50 each. You may need to add a bit of detail to them. Also they do not appear to be completely round, but rather have a flat or a cavity on the back side. Perhaps they could be oriented to disguise this issue?
