I know Doug and Bob are the new owners, and I spoke to Doug six weeks ago. He asked me to email him the order, as he told me he was receiving the equipment from the old owner, and would be busy for a week or so. I sent a follow up email a month later, and I've heard nothing. Has anyone had any luck placing an order with them?

I asked a semi-local, reasonably well stocked hobby shop that sells (sold?) Grant Line if they could get me some things and they told me they couldnt place any orders yet. This was back around February. Not sure whats going on but I'm sure there'll be some teething issues transferring everything from one place to another.

Does Tichy make a coaling chute? I have an almost finished coaling tower waiting for one. I emailed a couple weeks ago, and not a peep..
I think Clever Brothers has one, maybe you could beef up the card stock model with plastic or balsa. I don't recall seeing one on Tichy's web site..

FWIW: Upon hearing the news of Grandt Line's August closing, within a couple weeks I placed an order for a "Quarterer" and a "Puller". I received those about two weeks ago.

Well... hm. I'm hoping it was just a case of it being a late night sleepy-induced brain fart... but my above conversation with myself was typed in reference to NWSL and NOT Grandt Line.
