Trying a new postiing if it will take as can't "respond" on this other computer, for some reason.....I enjoyed a spooky visit to a "heiau" one
night on an island (Hawaii?) and we visited a group of canals or ditches supposedly buildt by an early people, "Meu????". Not sure which
island (not Oahu). I have built several wheel water mill models and the flume portion that reaches the building on each, with future locatiion in place demanding possible additional flume and stream and dam. BUT, yes, I do plan a flume, into one of my mining camps, Arsenic Springs, for the obvious reason, to pipe in both locomotive water to a tower and to a town water tower to provide potable water, from a "spring in the mountains off the layout". I plan this to be forked, to the two tanks. and gated, like mill flumes.
