Please help me identify the K-Line accessory motor pictured!

If you can't find the exact replacement, Google "gear head motor" and you will find a bunch of them in various (fractional) HP, slow- to really-slow RPM, AC or DC. Another sub-term for them is "display motor."

Thanks for that info. I’m hoping someone on here has had to repair/replace these before and knows the part number or a source for the actual motor. Much like the Lionel motors have been identified in their accessories

About 10 years ago I bought a similar motor for K-lines operating trestle (water and moving fisherman.) I can’t find the part number but it was purchased from Brasseur Electric Trains. They may be able to help you narrow down the part.

Another idea is checking out Lionel or Bachmann parts. Both offered K-line’s animated billboard accessory which may use a similar motor.

Just checked, Lionel had some part numbers but no stock. Just emailed Brasseur

Following back up on this, Lionel no stock, Bachmann, not finding anything, and you can imagine with the news regarding Brasseur how that ended up.

I would suggest pulling the motors and use google or amazon to find replacement motors based on the speed and voltage.  I did upload the last parts listing from Brasseur's K-Line inventory for part numbers.  But here it is again
