Help Removing Body Shell from MTH 20-94366 Premier A.R.T. Reefer

Am converting subject reefer to scale wheels and Kadees. Need help on how to remove the body shell to get to the truck mounting screws. There are no screws holding the chassis to the body shell. Clearly a tab or the like fit. Pried all around the bottom with first one and then two small screw drivers. Shell didn't pop loose. Chickened out at this point. Need help. Thanks.
