Help - which Kadee couplers do I need? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I want to replace the couplers on MTH Premier 64' woodsided cars. The cars came with shims for use with Kadee couplers but I need to know the item number of the Kadee couplers I should use and the best place to order them. (Have a dozen cars that need these couplers.) Thanks.

The "old reliable" Kadee #805 metal couplers work very well for body mounting, and may even couple with your existing "big claw couplers". The newer, and much better looking Kadee #740 couplers will also fit, as they use the same draft gearbox as the #805, but will generally not couple with the "big claw couplers".
