I bought a 437 switch tower from another forum member. I downloaded the info sheet from MTH but it has no wiring instruction for hooking up multiple accessories.
Do you run a connecting wire from knife switch to knife switch and thento the hot terminal?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

They are simple on-off knife switches.
You can run a common hot wire to all switches and then a wire to each accessory.
These were designed to turn on light blubs and motors, not electronics.
They could also be used to kill power to yard tracks.
Do not over think this issue.

Joe, the hot and ground terminals on the base of the 437 are for the interior light of the 437.
The knife switches are just a bank of switches to use for other accessories, or power to sections of track or sidings, whatever you want. It was Lionel's pre-war way of providing a control panel, built into the tinplate building.

I use thes switches for turning on and off smoke units in a variety of buildings , etc.
