Nate, Plug the cord into the outlet in the wall, the end of the cord has a connector with two blades on it, if you have it oriented in the proper position it will easily mate up will the wall outlet.
Good luck !
Nate did you have power to the track.
charles No i did not i only hooked up the power to the motor.
Nate, Did you pay the electric bill ?
Nate u have the wires hooked up with in and out of the rectifier try with out #210 switch or just take 9 volt battery and make contact with screws if you get nothing the motor may be bad, if it was not new from the store the last guy may have hooked it wrong I just called atlas for new motor my self 30 bucks for it.
charles i tired it with out the #210 and nothing. Ill try the 9volt on it tomorrow after work. Do I have to have power hooked up to the track as well?
Do you have a DC Power supply? I'm using one of those converted computer DC power supplies and hook it up directly to the motor. Let me know if you need pics or something.
No if you can remove the motor and base from the turntable 2 screws and the motor on its own little base come off also after removing see if you can turn worm gear with your hand before you try the battery to see if nothing jammed up good luck.
charles- worm gear is fine moves with no problem sadly I cant find a 9volt in my house at all. will a brand new 9volt do any damage to the motor at all?
ron- what do you mean converted computer power supply.
It's my understanding in order to get the TT to work on AC power you need the rectifier. My rectifier quit working. I had an old computer and removed/modified the power supply as described in this article. This article seems more difficult than it really is.

I thought at a minimum if you had some kind of DC power supply you could verify the operation. Mine worked so well, I just kept it that way and never replaced the rectifier.

No the 9v battery was the atlas idea over the phone to me to find out if mine was bad motor.
Good for you Nate. Like I said previously, I just kept mine running on DC. It was just easier for me.
