If your not going to design a completely new structure, why not transform the Mortons Salt factory building into a grey/weathered coaling tipple facility ? Love your design and imagination of other O scale structures so wondering what you guys can some up with.

Or a cement factory!
How can we connect this Wisconsin brewery to Menards new alien visitor accessory. I think they were made each other
They even have Moonman beer

Thought about taking a Mortens Salt Factory and converting to a coal facility. Removing the lighted signs and repainting the blue color to a grey but I feel trying to repaint the blue building would be very, very hard to do
PRRHORSESHOECURVE,
I love your idea.

"Re-wrap" with your own graphics. (Rubber cement )
Why would it be hard to paint the blue building? I don’t know what it is, but I would think you can prime it and paint it any color you like.
Removing the catwalks and stairs from the building, not to mention the scenery, and water tower that is attached to the rear of building, without breaking them would be a chore, They may be glued in place. That would have to be done before painting
Alas - why did I assume there was still some modeling done in model railroading? Silly me.
I think something gets lost in the translation when the most challenging part of model building is getting the shrink wrap off the structure. But again, I’m probably just goofy that way.
I also suggested this. I got tired of waiting on one so I made my own. But I would still buy one if it was ever made
Painting the blue is easy, primer first will cover the blue in short order
So removing all the stairs, catwalks, water tower, trees. and all the other accent pieces was easy before painting ? Were they glued onto the building or were they snapped in ? They all have to be removed before painting.
