How can you tell the original orange 6816 bulldozer from the modern orange one?

I'd like to know if parts on the PWC will fit on the original ones I'm missing the blade and some side parts and like to have a complete on on the layout ..thanks

I believe the reissue does not have the treads on the footwalks. Other than than that most all parts are interchangable with the PW version.
