Bought the 6-pack of assorted flatcars to add to my 'absurdly long flatcar train'. Don't have any photos other than the one I took of them in their package so I wouldn't buy any duplicates while hunting for the other packs at this past York (spring 2017)
After missing out on a 6-pack due to the 'first rule of York'. I concluded I had enough flatcars between the set I bought, the 30-car (24+6) Menards set, one each of the four roadnames from the next 24-car pack, and a mess of Army flatcars as freebies from a December 2016 Menards order. (and then I went and made a deal with another forum member which netted me another 12 flats )
I'm up to 61, slightly over what I called my limit, so the Lionel cars might be hard to spot in that train now...

What did those low cost cars sell for?
Sounds very reasonable. Thanks
Maybe M is having an effect on big L!
A friend found the GM&O gon on separate sale - I want that one, too, but have not found it.
If I still did train show layout running I would buy one or two of these sets. But, I don't, and these are not scale, as we know.
I know where one end of the GM&O wound up, of course, but it still doesn't belong in a "midwestern" set, somehow. Most of the mileage - and most of the business, actually - was not in the midwest.
Hi D500
I will check the two hobby shops if they have a GM&O gon for you .
I will let you know by tuesday 6/20
