Looks more recent than 1960's but I can't be sure. I see some gargraves switches with Rix switch machines. Some o27 track. And some plastic lionel block signals.
I know Gargraves was still making that style of switch into the 80's. Are those twin coil machines Rix or NJ? If the 027 track is brown tie, then it is MPC and post 1970.
Those look like Gargraves switches, the switch motors I don't know for certain who makes them. With the older Gargraves switches you will have to see if the power for the center rail goes all the way through the switch or stops at point of entry. I had some 072 Gargraves switches that the electric path stopped at entry on the switch and had to wire the center rail for both sides of the switch.
