We just hooked up our trolley to variable channel 4.  When I hit the TR the voltage is at 0 and the first click it goes to 5.5.  Is there someway to lower that?  We moved the trolley to the TIU to keep people from messing with the throttle, but that voltage is a little too high and hits the bumper too hard.

Yiou can't change the TIU settings, but you can lower the input voltage to that variable channel and the output will be reduced proportionally.  The TIU regulates the variable channel's voltage in 22 steps, so each step is 1/22 of the input voltage.  The minimum is 5/22 of the input voltage.  If your input voltage is 16 volts then each step is 0.73 volts with minimum being 3.64 volts.

What are you using for a power supply?  A pure sine wave source if preferred.
