How to stream live video from Lionel camera car to your television

Lionels vista vision camera car 2027260 advertises that you can stream live video from the camera car to your TV. How do you do that?  I can mirror what’s on my iPad to my samsung smart tv using the home wifi network but when i get the camera feed from the car to my iPad it uses the cars wifi and i loose the feed to the tv.  What am i missing here?
