I have been searching for a way to connect AC power to a PW un-coupling traction section. I mainly need it for accessory car activation, Milk, Log, and the likes. I can swear I saw somewhere how to do this but I cannot remember where. If I was imaging this some one please slap me sill side ways. If I wasn't imaging this some one please point me in the right direction.

Yes those. Will this link take me where I need to go to get this info?

Yes, it's a link.
For RCS, 6019, and 1019 types, disconnect the far right wire from the track at the controller and power the controller(fourth from bottom - top leaf in pile switch) with your ACC voltage.
For UCS types, disconnect the third wire from the track at the controller and power the controller(third from bottom - leaf in pile switch) with your ACC voltage.
This is the example circuit drawing you want to be looking at:

Here is a quick down and dirty explanation for wiring the UCS track for variable voltage:
With the four wires facing the four numbered post on the UCS track the wires from the controller are connected for AC or also commonly called "variable voltage" as follows:
Controller wire 1 is connected to ground on your layout
Controller wire 2 is connected to post #2 on the UCS track
Controller wire 3 is connected to a variable voltage source such as the B or C post on a ZW.
Controller wire 4 is connected to post # 4 on the UCS track.
This method comes in handy when the UCS track is located a long way from your control panel. You only need to run two wires on the controller to the UCS track, #'s 2 and 4.
Wires 1 and 3 on the controller will be closer to your power source on the control panel, requiring a shorter run from the UCS controller.
It is also helpful to mark the wires on the controller with dots on each wire in order to easily ID each wire.
I hope this helps.

As an added benefit, you can also power the track using #'s 1 & 3 from the transformer to the UCS providing, essentially, a "hidden" Lockon feed to that stretch of track.
Thanks, I am late chiming back in on this but I have been gone. Am I correct on assuming that I can use the AC AUX power from the transformer to supply the power and ground source?

That's a loaded question.
Generally, yes, and you only need the ACC, as the ground should be common.
One notable exception would be the CW-80 versions made before "G" coded date codes as the red posts are common on these instead of the black "U" posts.
