I have a MTH 765 PREMIRE PS2 .Any way I noticed that watching a few videos.And I noticed that lionel 765 whistles seems to have a more of a deeper tone.Than my mth 765 whistle.I was just wondering about that.Any body want to take a stab at this.Feel free let the replys begain!!!

Here is my mth 765 pulling a train.To me the whistle seems a bit high tone than lionels
Most likely different speakers.
There could be a ton of reasons.
As a rule, Lionel has better speaker acoustics as they have speaker baffles for most newer Legacy stuff. A proper speaker baffle will give you more bass, which is likely a significant part of what you see.
