I seem to have 2 passwords.... my original password was and still is 4 digits from 2004.... when I sign in it is pasted in sign in box and I am in.... when I go to my profile and try to change it it doesn't work because it is looking for a 6 digit password to verify me.... and it doesnt take my 4 digit. ??

The 4-digit password was evidently your password before the recent forum upgrade. The higher security level in place now requires a minimum of a 6-digit password. However, because your 4-digit password was already in place at the time of the upgrade, the system will accept it.
However, as you have seen, if you attempt to change your password, it will require at least 6 digits.
Thanks Rich ... I am OK with my 2004 pass word ... I felt the 4 digit was affecting my ability to successfully up load an Avatar, so I was going to try to change to a 6 digit..... Not a big deal to me, no further action required. Retirement has allowed me to spend more time on the Forum .... I am just happy to have your Forum, it is truly the ABSOLUTELY best service for everyone in the hobby. Great site and great people.
