What does "...cannot get the new run to load on my ipad..." mean?
Specifically WHAT HAPPENS? Error messages? If so, what do they say? Are you using the iPad app or Safari on the web site?
No one can troubleshoot anything if all you tell us is, "I cannot get the new run to load on my ipad..."
Run 263 loaded and ran just fine on my iPad using the app and in Safari.
It just stays in the loading mode but does not load. Have left it for a couple of hours and still no luck. All the back issues come up and load finhelp by the way, I just started gettithi your publication this last year and really enjoy it.
Same here.
Are you using the IPAD APP or Safari?
It loads fine for me both ways...in less than five seconds.
The I pad app.
Shut down (power off) and re-boot the iPad.
FYI, I often read this forum on my ipad and it works as expected except for one quirk. The topic links usually require to be touched twice. The link clicks and it blinks when touched, but the first touch goes nowhere. Other web sites don't exhibit this quirk.
I'm not looking to start argument about the ipad platform, operation advice, or how to use the device. It's clearly a quirk with the forum software, but it's not my job to convince them that there's a problem. The usual reply about these issues blames the user and/or the client software.

Good to know that reloading the app solved the problem.
Number One, the "double-tap" issue you notice when using the iPad on the forum started when Apple updated to ios 6. Apple changed the way the "mouseover" parameter works, resulting in the double-tap issue. I encounter this same problem on a few of the aircraft flight planning sites that I use with my iPad. It is a well-documented problem with Ios 6 that effects many web sites. Until Apple owns up to the problem and fixes it, we'll just have to live with it.
Thanks, Rich. Incidentally, the same problem occurs with the current version of Google Chrome for the iPad. So will expect that will be fixed in a future iOS update.

It won't matter what browser you use on the iPad, they will all show the same "double-tap" problem wherever a "mouseover" function is used. The issue is with the iOS 6 operating system, not the browser.
EXCELLENT!
Now we need to find out why you had to re-install the app to get things to work. Puzzling.
I reloaded as well and it worked. But, every time I navigate away from the app, to say email or safari, when I come back the ogr app has lost my place in the magazine. Is there a setting or something, or is that just how it is?
Edit: the above description is after download and reading off line.
Jeff,
It is not just you. I have the same problem.

That is just how it is.
