I was wondering who might make something that I can install to make my Weaver E-8's more prototypical?

If the nose door light housing is already present on the engine; suggest you check the Evan Designs website. They have quite a variety of LED's and I imagine they'll have something that works for what you want to do.

I added two grain of wheat lamps to the existing hole. Most Pennsy E8's had two lamps in the headlight.
Major electronics upgrade to EOB control boards, new motors, and new lighting.
Weaver electronics and wiring from the early 1990's
Replace the lamp/bulb, it may be burned out. It should illuminate the cab area and the front head light.
