I have been going through my grandfathers negative collection and I ran across the below image. Its a tugboat in Oregon offloading what appears to be milk cans. I thought here is a chance for Lionel to make a prototypical item that combines two of their more popular accessories. The Milk Cars of the 50s with the tugboats of the 2000s. It would be fun and you can have the milkman launch about half the jugs on the dock and the rest in the bay.
