97 coal loader
I don't recognize it as a train accessory part.
It is the latice section of a 97 coal loader. It carries the buckets from the base up to the yellow house. The tabs on the one end fit into holes in the house walls and the two pieces bent out at the bottom should be straight. That end is the actual bottom and the bottom drive axle goes through the two holes.
OK, after looking at a coal elevator, I agree with Dennis.
