do you have a photo about 20x bigger?
Yes, post a pic of the rails/tie profile for better determination. Although a Lionel set, it could contain track from another manufacturer.

Looks like American Flyer O gauge clockwork track to me.

Marx Joy Line era track was banked. Lois Marx era was usually flat.

Hello again, if looking down from the top, if the narrow end of the tie is higher as in banked track then it is like my A.F. track , as I have a box full exactly the same.
looks like American Flyer cambered wedge judging from the ties.
