Hi, all --
I have never met a 333 in person, but from photos it's a good looking loco. I gather it's considered an 027-sized engine, but I've seen it referred to multiple places as "the largest engine Marx ever made" or similar. Just wondering, how large is large? Or, concretely, how would it look pulling a couple of my Walthers shorty passenger cars with the low (tinplate-profile) roof? If someone has a minute, I'd be grateful if could tell me length, width, and height above the rails. For length, it would help if you measured loco and tender separately, and mentioned which tender you have, since I know there were two or three different at different times. Thank you so much if you can help!
