Need some help…my imperial big boy won’t move at all. All of the sounds (PFA, bell, whistle) all work. Front headlight won’t turn on; only the rear headlight is on. The engine is PS 3.0. I’ve tried resetting the engine, and even deleted and re-added it back. When I click Info on the remote, it says “Battery Low”. I thought that the battery should charge based on power to the track?
Layout is a simple 5x10 with 2 loops of track. None of my other engines are having any issues. Power is supplied via MTH z1000 power brick, and I have multiple feeds of power to the track.
Is there a battery that needs to be replaced? Looking for any assistance here, and want to avoid bringing it somewhere for service.
