how do I get A and B in phase on a Z-4000? I am running two tracks one powered by A side and one powered by the B side of the z-4000. Both A and B go through their own legacy powermaster. I want to have my 990 base controlling both tracks.

Do you mean you want them to track each other? Program both PM to the same ID #?
they are in phase since they come from the same transformer. Just make sure you hook up to the track the same way. Red to center and black to outside
