Inside a 10k sq-ft Model-RR building, we seem to be having interferrence between a NCE-DCC system operated by one Model-RR Club and a MTH-DCS system used by a second Model-RR Club.  The interferrence seems to be that the RF command signal between the remote CAB of the NCE-DCC system, is 10x as strong as the RF command signal between the remote hand-held control of the MTH-DSC system and the TIU's - thereby effectively jamming the MTH command signals.  And, they both appear to be operating on the same frequency (as measured by a TechTronics spectrum analyzer storage scope).

Has anyone done serrious analysis of this issue?  Your advice on how to resolve this issue in a manner mutually acceptable to both Model-RR Clubs?
