Begging the moderator's forgiveness. I'm not sure where to post something like this. I have had a discussion with a hobby store owner who will be listing his business for sale very soon. He is finalizing the details. Naturally I would think he'd want someone to buy and take over but I'm not privy to his business plan.
I would imagine if you are a larger store looking for another market presence in central Illinois this might interest you. This is not a liquidation sale or inventory blowout. He wants to sell the business and retire. He welcomed my offer to mention it.
