Invitation For Train Friends In Westchester/Putnam Counties, NY And Danbury/Ridgefield, Connecticut

Do you have a date in mind?  We always seem to be down south or heading that way when you have this annual fandango.  Hopefully this year we can take a northbound train :-)

We don't have a date yet as we are just gearing up for train season. I would imagine

some time in December we'll be having the get together. We hope you're around.

I couldn't make the trip from LI to Carmel the last time you graciously opened your home to us could kick myself because shortly after the Munoz Line was no more.  Hopefully this times the date and stars will align and I'll be able to join you.

Scrapiron, I too would like to attend your Meet and Greet. However, I am not retired so I cannot commit until a date and time is posted. I would love to see your layout and I still have some three rail trains left so I can bring a small consist.

As you know it did a perfect 2 1/2 twist difficulty level 3.0 before hitting the floor.

I guess I got a little confused. I thought I had heard that you took your layout down but in the opening post you said hopefully run some trains and the event is at your home. I assumed you had some type of layout. My bad. I still would like to attend if I can make it.

You are very welcome to coMe. I do have a new layout up, or should I say down.

I now have a laydown. Not a layout. A laydown is track on the floor. If I can levitate the track I will have a layup.

Awesome idea. We would love to have YOU visit us as well in Kingston at the Kingston Train Show on October 18th, Sunday at the Murphy Building on Broadway AND at the Albany Train Show on November 21st at the Polish Community Center in Albany, NY and the Poughkeepsie Train Show on November 8th at the Civic Center in Poughkeepsie. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the shows and would love to come down to your home!
